Will I actually feel anything?

There is no caffeine in it. Panax ginseng can be mildly stimulating for some people, so take your capsule in the morning if you are sensitive. If you already manage anxiety with medication, clear it with your prescriber first.
Can I take this with HRT or my other medications?
Ask your prescriber first. That applies to hormone therapy, antidepressants, ADHD medication and blood pressure medication. A botanical blend is not automatically safe alongside everything else you take.
