These terms govern your use of vantracare.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read the health section carefully.

Eligibility

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are in United States dollars. We may change prices, discontinue a product, or limit order quantities at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Payment is taken at the time you place the order. If we decline or cancel an order, we refund you in full.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the recurring schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancel at least 2 days before the next billing date so that order is not processed. We will tell you in advance of any change to the subscription price.

Health, and the limits of what this product is

Clear Cognition is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine, it is not hormone therapy, and it is not a substitute for medical care.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Talk to your own healthcare professional before starting this or any supplement, and in particular if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking hormone therapy, an antidepressant, ADHD medication or a blood pressure medication, or managing any medical condition. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product and contact a healthcare professional.

We work to keep product information accurate, including the ingredient list, which is published exactly as it appears on the label. Errors can still happen. Always read the label on the bottle you receive before use, and treat it as the authority over anything on this website.

Vantra is established in Brazil and these terms are governed by Brazilian law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country or state where you live, which continue to apply.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
