Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no surprise charge at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are labelled and dispatched from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Colorado. Allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and 3 to 7 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed.

You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Where we ship

All 50 United States. We do not ship internationally yet.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your shipping address, email us straight away. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it. If it returns to the warehouse we will resend it to the corrected address at no cost to you.

Delays

Carrier delays happen and are outside our control. If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or resend the order.
