The Word Log

Cognitive change is slow and quiet, and week to week memory is a bad judge of it. This is the score sheet: five questions, once a week, two minutes, so you can tell whether anything is changing instead of guessing.

It works on its own, with whatever you are already taking.

One email with the file, then the occasional note about what the research says. Unsubscribe any time.

The Word Log sheet
One page. The baseline line first, then one line a week.

The five questions

  1. Finding the wordHow often did the word arrive when you needed it?
  2. Holding the threadHow often did you get through what you were saying without losing where you were going?
  3. Reading onceHow often did one read of an email feel like enough?
  4. Walking in coldHow often did you go into a meeting without rehearsing names or points first?
  5. The end of the dayHow much was left in the tank at five, compared to a normal week last year?

What to expect from the numbers

Day one

Fill the baseline line before the first capsule. Without it there is nothing to compare to.

Weeks 1 to 4

One capsule every morning, one line in the log. Watch the specific moments, not your mood.

After the bottle

Compare your log with your baseline, never with last week, and decide before your 60 days from delivery are up.

What counts as it working

An average across the five that is one point higher than your baseline, held for three or four weeks. That is it. Not a transformation, not a new brain. A measurable reduction in how much effort the day takes.

If you finish the bottle and your numbers look like your baseline, it did not work for you. If you bought from us, email thevantracare@gmail.com within sixty days of delivery and we refund your first order. You do not send the bottle back.

We would rather you find that out with a number in front of you than wonder about it for a year.
